SOFTWARE DEVELOPER / DEVELOPER / .NET C# DEVELOPER - NOTTINGHAM
Our client specialises in the development and implementation of cutting edge, innovative information management solutions. Having doubled in size over the past 5 years this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Developer (.NET / C#) to work at the forefront in Information Management technologies.
Working initially in a small project team of 3, developing from scratch the next generation of a web based document management system that has already enjoyed considerable success across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for development and should possess the passion and desire to embrace development challenges. Joining a technical department of 10 experienced professionals and an overall team of 22, our client is seeking to add additional development skills (.NET / C#) and ideas.
The successful candidate must be motivated, enjoy working within a structured team environment and be confident / knowledgeable within the IT development arena. Technical skills should include a solid grounding in the following:
• C# 3 / .NET 2.0 / 3.0 / and ideally 3.5
• Web services / XML / SOAP
• Microsoft Office SharePoint server (MOSS)
• SQL Server / TSQL
• ASP.NET / AJAX / Web development
It would also be of advantage if you have experience of working within a small dynamic development environment (Agile); be educated to degree level in an IT related subject and have strong inter-personal skills.
