Front end developer - integrated agency –HTML/ CSS/ Flash - London – £25-35K

JPCreative - a successful and busy London based design & communications agency with a 10 year track record in delivering award winning creative solutions have a unique opportunity for an experienced, ambitious Front-End Developer to join our exceptionally busy team and take an influential role in growing our digital business.
Working within a lively creative studio environment you will be a real team player, hands on and with an ability to deliver the exceptional. You have an online portfolio of fully accessible sites hand-coded in standards-compliant XHTML/ CSS and some Flash sites to make us weep.
Key requirements:
•HTML/ CSS
•Flash (front end and AS3)
•Understanding of server-side technologies; especially PHP and MySQL
•Interest in framework/ OO development
•An SEO and Social Media addict
•Exceptional QA
•Experience IA planning/ scoping
•Minimum 2-3 years agency experience
Experience in motion design (After Effects et al) would be a lovely bonus, but not essential. An ability to demonstrate exceptionally well-implemented creative web solutions is.
Graduate or equivalent, based in London (or with proven commute record) and have a UK work permit.
