Project Manager / Contracts Manager - West Midlands - M&E Building Fabrics
Our client is an expanding company and is looking for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager to work from their office based in the West Midlands.
The ideal Mechanical Project Manager will receive:
-Up to £35,000
-Car/ Car allowance
-Pension
-Fuel Card
-Healthcare
The company will be working on planned and reactive maintenance work on various projects in the leisure, care home and commercial sectors.
The successful Project Manager MUST:
-Be within 20 mins drive of Birmingham
-Min of 5 years experience
-Previous experience as a plumber or gas engineer
-Excellent M&E maintenance background as a Project Manager
-Track record working for M&E maintenance contractors
