ColdFusion Developer, Intranet, Cheshire, 35-42k per annum + excellent benefits - My High profile Global Financial services Client seeks a highly experienced ColdFusion Developer required to assist in high level development (intranet also) and database connectivity. You must have extensive ColdFusion development experience, IIS knowledge and able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge / experience of MS Server 2003 Administration. In depth knowledge of MS SQL server (incl. DTS packages) and extensive experience of Adobe ColdFusion (MX7 minimum level and including usage of CFC's) as mentioned above. 70% Design, Build and Implement intranet applications Build and implement web based applications to meet the Audit requirements Build and implement web based applications for workflow automation Build and implement web based applications for data / information reporting Ensure full order and change management processes implemented and adhered to. 30% Manage/ Support Web Based Applications/ Infrastructure/ Manage BI/ Servers Manage the DWS Intranet infrastructure Monitor the web infrastructure and pro-actively react to any performance issues Liaise with industry experts to identify resolutions to problems, database connectivity, Resolve any intranet application or infrastructure incidents / problems Monitoring and re-running scheduling failures Manage / run repository backup process and data repository transfers / replacements React to incidents as raised and as necessary and act as point of contact with Opentext for 3rd line support requests through to resolution.
