Contracts Manager – South Birmingham
Our client is a regional contractor and requires a contracts manager to cover two of their regional offices in the Midlands.
The ideal Contracts Manager will receive:
-Up to £35,000
-Car / Car allowance
-Pension
-Healthcare
Our client is looking for a contracts manager who has experience in planned maintenance work to manage their current work load as well as develop this work for the company regionally. Most of this work is interior refurbishment up to the value of £500k. They are looking for a hands on person who can bring in new clients but also win new work for the medium to long term future.
The ideal candiates MUST have the following and candiates who do not meet the specification will not be considered:
-Managed interior refurb projects upto £500k
-Have a full understanding of planned maintenance work
-Have good contacts in this area of work to develop new business
-Have a track record of winning new work and nurturing these clients
-Be prepared to travel across the West Midlands region
-Be looking to hit the ground running and develop into a more senior role in the short term.
