This is a key role in the Retail Systems Programme team, reporting to the SAP Support Manager based in the UK. SAP CRM WITH SD - 2nd line support consultant-any implementation experience a huge plus

The core purpose of this role is to work as part of the SAP Support team to provide day to day Level 2 SAP Application Support
Retail SAP Showroom solution, understanding SAP Solution from a Technical angle and also Business Process angle for Vehicle Sales and After sales
Business As Usual Support (Incident Management):
Testing and preparation:

The key skills required are the ability to work with the SAP Programme teams and the UK & Regional Service Desks, to support activities in Showroom for the SAP Programme.
Have direct experience of support in ECC 5/ 6 with specific support on SD/ MM and CRM 2005 or greater
At least 2-3 years SAP Support Analyst or SAP System Analyst experience including preferably 1 full project lifecycle to go live.
A proven track record in Configuring solutions within SAP
Demonstrable and articulated Service Improvement planning and execution
Use of SAP Solution Manager
Ideally, an understanding of retail automotive business processes, with a particular focus on both Aftersales and Vehicle Sales. Requirement is to be familiar with Processes in this area.
Experience of supporting retail or multi-site dealer management system implementations
Training experience or proof of training delivered as part of the role
Excellent time management skills to be able to support a number of support requirements at any time.
Proven technical skills in SAP in a support environment
Proven use of call logging system from a support perspective
Experience of working within a support methodology, ie ITIL
