Embedded Linux Application Developer / Software Engineer with C++ skills sought by innovative “Cleantech” start-up based in Newbury, Berkshire. As the product is still in the definition stage, this role as Embedded Linux Application Developer will involve a high degree of application design as well as development. The management team has an incredible record of achievement and this is a great opportunity to be involved from the start.
Requirements: You will be highly ambitious for success and have a proven track record of delivering complex embedded applications:
•Expert knowledge of Linux with strong experience of developing embedded Linux systems
•Fluent C++
•Good knowledge of performance tuning and optimising (RDBMS)
•Real-time software development
•Experienced with building in self diagnostics and self healing into products
•Passion for quality having successfully over-deliver on expectations
•Ideally will have worked in a start-up environment
•Excellent academic qualifications with a numerate degree
