Application support analyst required for my client who work closely with the travel industry. Application Support analyst will provide remote 1st line support to clients.
The application support analyst will support bespoke applications and SQL and also work on the testing, administration, installation and roll out of new software.
The nature of the role means that the application support analyst will work closely with internal development teams as well as supporting external customers so excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a minimum requirement.
The ideal application support analyst will have good knowledge of MS Windows systems and previous travel industry experience. Supporting GDS and PNR in a similar support role is desirable.
