Information Security Manager – CISSP, ITIL, Data Security, PCI DSS, London, 60k+
My client is recognised in the industry as a leader within the corporate environment is currently recruiting for an Information Security Manager to be based in London.
You will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of the IT and business security and continuity strategy that meets the diverse needs of the business. You will also provide management of IT Security ensuring security controls are defined, implemented and maintained through security incident management, auditing and reporting. Ensure Policies,
The alignment of IT services with business requirements for continuity of services including the development, testing and maintenance of IT service and business availability plans and procedures. The person will take responsibility for co-ordinating the recovery of services, ensuring the technology is capable of supporting the business in the event of a major incident
To be considered you must have experience in the following:
•Experience in Information Security and/ or Service Continuity,
•Experience in developing and implementing frameworks that bring together IT services and business security and availability needs
•Experience in designing and delivering solutions that deliver highly secure and available IT services inline with business requirements
•Experience in developing and monitoring compliance with IT practices and procedures
•Excellent knowledge of technical infrastructure and services, in particular knowledge of IP, data storage and backup, E-commerce, Telephony, LAN and WAN architectures, IBM and Wintel operating system platforms
•Experience of operating within industry standard frameworks including PCI, BS7799 (ISO17799), 2599 and 27001, and ITIL
•Experience of structured methodologies in the delivery of projects and programmes i.e. Prince2, Microsoft Solutions Framework, ISEB Information Security Management preferred, CISSP preferred, ITIL Foundation preferred, ITIL Manager Preferred, Prince 2 preferred, BCP qualification preferred.
•Experience in defining security strategy, policies, guidelines and standards
•Experience in security assessments and risk management
•Excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of security in particular knowledge of networks and platforms, midrange and network. Excellent understanding of security infrastructure e.g. firewalls, antivirus, patching etc.
