A Senior Consultant of Construction Claims is required for our clients' St Albans Office. This Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Dispute Management Consultancy are offering a salary of between £100,000 - £125,000 and great promotional prospects.
Established for around 15 years, the consultancy's success has been based almost exclusively on superb ties with London Lawyers and on their mission statement to provide good quality advice at a fair price. Projects values are consistently in the millions of pounds and are mainly focused on time and cost analysis.
Services provided include Pre/ Post Contract Services, Project Delay Analysis, Audit Forensic Analysis, Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation and our client works only in building, building services, civil, marine and process engineering projects. With two international offices and clients abroad if you join this young and dynamic company you will be guaranteed many travelling opportunities.
On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to act as a claims consultant and testify and present construction and civil engineering claims. Also, you may have been appointed as an expert and have existing relationships with many law firms and contractors.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in either Construction or Civil Engineering and have professional memberships with, for example, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Salary and package:
In return for your time and experience you will receive a salary of ca. £100,000 - £125,000 + excellent bonus.
