Senior Analyst Programmer - 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

A great opportunity to join a World Leading organisation and play a lead role in the development of their critical new systems has arisen.
Reed Technology are looking for an experienced programmer to lead the development of systems in .NET / Visual Studio (ASP.NET, C#, XML, XSLT).
The primary responsibility of the post holder will be to produce a web based system to manage and treat organisation critical data.
Other duties will include:
Lead development and migration of other systems to similar web technologies.
Support junior team members
Participate in the planning and modelling of systems through the lifecycle.
Applicants will ideally hold a degree in a technical or scientific discipline and have significant experience of programming web based systems. You will hold strong commercial experience of programming in ASP.Net and C# (ASP.NET, C#, XML, XSLT) including programming and managing a SQL database at the back end.
Experience using AJAX, writing complex SQL Scripts and of using XML and related technologies, in particular XSLT would be highly desirable.
Job Requirements
Applicants will ideally hold a degree in a technical or scientific discipline and have significant experience of programming web based systems. You will hold strong commercial experience of programming in ASP.Net and C# (ASP.NET, C#, XML, XSLT) including programming and managing a SQL database at the back end.
Experience using AJAX, writing complex SQL Scripts and of using XML and related technologies, in particular XSLT would be highly desirable.
