Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing datacentre hosting company, providing the best possible level of service to a wide selection of customers. An opportunity has now arisen for a Microsoft Support Technician / Windows Support Specialist to join their growing team.
In this role you'll be responsible for the company's Windows managed hosting customers. You'll join a passionate, friendly and forward-thinking team, and if you're a high achiever, you'll receive ample scope for career progression.
As a Microsoft Support Technician / Windows Support Specialist you'll support customers, share your knowledge with the team and:
- Answer technical support calls, seeing them through to appropriate resolution
- Design and maintain Windows-based hosting platform solutions for customers
- Maintain the internal Windows server estate
- Train other members of the technical team of Microsoft technologies
Rather than specific academic qualifications, our client's more interested in working with people who share their passion for providing the highest levels of service and support, so as a Microsoft Support Technician / Windows Support Specialist, you'll need a proactive attitude and passion for technology.
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Experience in a similar Microsoft/ Windows related support role
- An MCSE qualification (or equivalent)
Experience within an ISP or managed hosting environment would be extremely beneficial, but is not necessary.
