I urgently require an experienced Incident & Problem analyst to work in Gloucester.
You will mange all incidents and problems with the clients IT infrastructure, drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the associated processes which will minimise the impact of incidents and problems on the clients services across the business.
Part of the role will involve preparing daily reports for the morning Service Review Meeting, you may also be required to chair the meeting.
You will have a wide appreciation of the IT infrastructure, services and business applications.
You will also demonstrate an understanding of Incident & Problem policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years IT experience gained in a Service Delivery environment, you will be customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a positive upbeat attitude with the ability to work under pressure, whilst able to prioritise and delegate as appropriate.
