Our client is a subsidiary of a leading international supplier of business management software solutions. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Development Team Leader / Development Manager to join their team.
Joining the Research & Development team, in this role you'll be responsible for taking a significant role in the delivery of software products and solutions.
As a Software Development Team Leader / Development Manager you'll be responsible for estimating and planning the team's work, whilst demonstrating how this can be managed in a way that allows flair and creative innovation to flourish within a disciplined environment.
You'll encourage innovation, creativity and appropriate risk-taking, but will be comfortable balancing this with due engineering rigour. And you will need the ability to work well in a mixed project team, including Analysts, Testers and Technical Authors.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Extensive software development experience (using Visual Studio, C#, C++, Windows Application Development, Object Orientated Software Development, .NET)
- Experience of managing/ leading a software development team
