Service Manager is required by a Global Telecoms Company.
You will have a strong service management background ideally within Telecoms, it is essential you have a solid customer facing background, experience in developing long term business relationships with key decision makers with key clients / organisations, able to travel to customer sites. You will a proven experience and knowledge of the sales cycle.
Ideally will be CCNA, ITIL and Prince 2 qualified.
You will ensure contracted services and provided to the agreed SLA's, oversee orders for moves, adds or changes to existing contracts according to the customer needs. Hold regular meetings with the clients.
