Senior Quantity Surveyor - Sub Stations - North London
My client is a prestigious main contractor who specializes in a whole array of things including Civils, Utilities & Rail. Due to recent planned growth & project wins they currently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on mainly sub stations in London & the South East.
Location:
North London / Hertfordshire.
Remuneration:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits.
Benefits include:
Car / Car allowance, Pension, Healthcare & Petrol allowance.
Our Client:
My client is a highly successful main contractor whose markets are large and growing. They pride themselves on the support services that they offer within the civils and utilities markets.
The services my client offers begins at the planning stages of a project with consultancy expertise and advice. They follow the project through to testing and results analysis before finally resourcing implementation and feedback.
They have the facilities and passion to succeed, and are in a very strong position to build on their previous achievements to become an even stronger force within their market sector
You will be specifically be working on a £10 million sub stations in North London.

Requirements:
Good NEC option 3 forms of contract knowledge.
Civils Sub Stations experience is a must
Electrical experience is needed
Ideally 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Along with this requirements my client is looking for a dynamic person who uses there initiative.
