Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Retail projects
My client is a medium sized main contractor who specializes in the retail sector. Due to recent project wins they require a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity to work on projects up to £5milllion. With a strong order book for the next 3 years this is a wonderful opportunity for the successful Quantity Surveyor to join a successful & growing company.
Location:
London City
Remuneration:
£40,000 - £43,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include:
Car / Car allowance, Pension & Healthcare.
The Client:
As previously mentioned our client is a medium sized main contractor who specializes in the retail sector. Due to recent project wins they require a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity to work on projects up to £5milllion. With a strong order book for the next 3 years this is a wonderful opportunity for the successful Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements:
Main Contractor background is a must
Retail experience is essential
Ideally 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
New Build / Refurbishment experience preferable
