Software Quality Assurance Engineer – ISO – Hertfordshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Assurance / QA Engineer within software to play a key role with a leading organisation, ensuring that their development activities are being planned and implemented inline with quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven commercial background in Quality Assurance including, planning and implementing QA and acceptance activities, identifying non-conformities and process improvement opportunities. Experience of working with Quality systems and process-based integrated management systems. You will ideally have experience with and an understanding of various Quality standards such as ISO, ISO9001, Tick-IT, CMMI etc.
You will have a background in Software with an understanding of Software development and testing processes, Software Development lifecycles, with an understanding of how Quality Assurance activities fit into the software lifecycle. Any exposure to ISEB and software QA/ Testing would also be an advantage but not essential.
