Our Global Consultancy require an experienced SC Cleared Modelling Consultant who will work closely with the requirements team and customers to ensure that the program understands project needs.
You your task and skills will include:
Dynamic modelling concepts – modelling changes over time (Discrete event, systems dynamics)
Conceptual modelling – how to turn a systems engineering view into a performance model of the system; identifying the potential critical flowpoints of the system and the areas of highest risk for performance.
Performance modelling experience/ measuring the performance of hardware systems
Deep understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, and demonstrable application of relevant methodologies and toolsets;
Proven and successful track record in design and delivery of systems for major database intensive, system integration programmes;
Application of various analytical techniques in problem decomposition and solution formulation.
Skills and Duties that may be required.
Oracle database, BEA middleware stack (weblogic, aqualogic, data services), Red Hat linux, Java, DOORS, Enterprise Architect
Develop simulation models as good measures of system performance.
Use test data to verify system design.
Participate in performance-verification efforts.
Develop and implements model verification plans and procedures.
