Business Development Manager / BDM – Refurbishment – Berkshire
My client is a market leading sub-contractor, they currently require a Business Development Manager / BDM to be based in Berkshire.
Salary:
Depending on level
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location:
Berkshire and London area
Position:
Business Development Manager / BDM
Company:
Sub-contractor for main contractors, working within the refurbishment sector. They work mainly within the Social Housing / Decent homes sector but aim to expand into other areas including Education and Health sectors.
Key skills required:
-Proven experience developing new business within refurbishment sector
-Refurbishment, social housing, decent homes experience essential
-Sub-contractor background is essential
-Experience developing new business within Education / Health Sectors an advantage
