Business Analyst, Retail Banking, Payments Integration, Accounting, Reconciliation, Cash Integration, Financial Costing, Visio, Birmingham.
Business Analyst, ideally with Payments experience urgently needed to work on a Payments Integration programme on behalf of a large Retail Bank. The Business Analyst will be required to produce and manage analysis work for discrete projects within the programme. You will be expected to produce scoping documents, carry out financial analysis, document processes, and produce process documents and flows. You will need to be able to manage own activities and co-ordinate with other analysts under the project. To apply for this role you will need to have experience in the following and your CV must demonstrate this experience:
- Experience of Business Analyst work across complex processes and systems.
- The ability to plan, manage and report on own activity.
- Ability to use flowcharting tools – Visio
- Ability to undertake financial/ costing analysis.
- Proficient in MS Project and other Office applications.
- Business Analyst methodology qualifications, e.g. ISEB
In addition to this you will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with different users and managers within the Operations, Retail and Wholesale business units. You must also have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be able to demonstrate a pro-active approach. Any experience in payments, cash and travel services and banking branch processes will be highly advantageous, as well as experience in accounting and reconciliation processes and systems.
