I urgently require a Customer Services Focused Project / Programme Manager to work for a Financial Services company based in Scotland.
The ideal candidate will have experience of acting as project manager on customer engagement projects.
The role is to assist my client to improve the understanding, advocacy and outcomes for its customers.
You will be expected plan and identify / manage corresponding initiatives to improve customer outcomes. You will also work on improving employee interaction with, and understanding of, customers.
You will be able to communicate at all levels of the business and with IT.
Rate: £ Negotiable dependent upon experience
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Duration: 6 months
