Senior Quantity Surveyor
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a major international contractor working on new build highways contracts in the Northampton and Anglia
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the project team and be responsible for all commercial and contractual aspects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor can expect a Remuneration of:
-Up to £52,000 per annum depending upon experience
-Car Scheme or Car Allowance
-Pension Scheme
- Fuel Card
- BUPA Health Care
Role
The contract construction of new build roads, including the associated structures and bridges.
The work is to be carried out on the NEC and ICE forms of contracts and therefore candidates need to be strong in the knowledge of these.
Requirements:
- A formal qualification (BSc or HNC/ HND) is essential
- Quantity surveying experience with an ability to perform the role
- Extensive Highways or Bridges experience
- ICE and NEC forms of contract would be relevant
- Enthusiasm and a flexible attitude
