The role:
Our client requires a senior planner / tender planner to be based in their Essex / East London offices.
The client is a market leading social housing contractor. As a senior planner / tender planner you will join a highly successful team who are responsible for new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £5m - £40m. Other projects that the successful candidate will be involved with are education and healthcare new build and refurbishment.
They require a planner with the following experience / skills:
-Previous construction tender planning experience in essential
-Ideally 10 years planning experience (candidates with less will also be considered)
-Previous site experience is an advantage
-Strong communication skills are essential
-Team leadership skills are an advantage
