The role:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join there established consultancy to head up a variety of local authority housing projects.
Our client immediately needs a Project Manager with strong Design and Build experience within the Social Housing/ Local Authority sectors. The role will involve being the clients representative and acting on behalf of them and heading up meetings and making sure the contracts and running smoothly and to plan.

Must have Requirements:
The candidate must have:
-Strong consultancy background
-Strong client facing ability
-Good knowledge of Social housing and local authority projects
-Good Design and Build experience.
Responsibilities:
Examining and approving all contractor's proposals; costing and contractual advice; chairing site meetings; issuing all notices, certificates and instructions; inspecting the works during the construction phase, at practical completion and at the end of the defects liability period; dealing with defects during the maintenance period; drawing upon the services of other consultants for site investigations, planning matters, statutory requirements and drawing preparation.
Remuneration:
A basic of circa £45,000 with benefits is on offer
