Leading IT Company seeks a talented Network Systems Support Administrator to be based in North West Hampshire, near Aldershot.
You will cover 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support of the server infrastructure, including Active Directory, MS Exchange, and backup services, plus management of the firewalls, user accounts, switch and hardware, equipment set up, installation, configuration and support of Windows technologies.
Candidates MUST have 1) Proven experience in similar role, covering several remote locations and be willing to take part in on call rota, 2) Strong Networking skills, ideally with a CCNA or equivalent experience, 3) Experience of Cisco PIX & ASA Firewall & 4) Strong Microsoft skills covering, Servers – Windows 2003/ 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2003/ 2007, Management of Active Directory systems, including DHCP, DNS, WINS & Desktops – Windows XP & MS-Office 2003/ 2007.
Desirable is experience of Linux Servers; Symantec BackupExec or NetBackup; Linux based proxy and filter services; hardware & software installation and configuration; plus familiarity with security processes.
