IT Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division

£20,000 - £28,000pa + Commission + Benefits

We, at Spring Technology, help our consultants enhance their careers within the IT & Technology sector with excellent management support, training programmes, and are rewarded with fantastic commission schemes, holidays, and other benefits.
As a consultant in the busy Leeds office, you will be responsible for generating permanent recruitment revenue to meet your own sales targets and team sales activity targets. We will give you the tools and support to build your own desk; we welcome consultants working specific vertical markets as well as more generalist recruiters.
To be considered you must have excellent experience of developing new business, it is not essential for this to be within recruitment, but you must be able to demonstrate the passion to work hard building your own desk in a telesales environment. It would therefore be advantageous to have telesales experience.
