Educational institution is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join them on a 2 month contract (South East London) so help out with daily call logging etc. You will need experience with Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, Exchange, Outlook and you must have worked on a Helpdesk in the past - you will need experience with 1st AND 2nd Line Support.
