An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing company headquartered in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Web Designer to join their Milton Keynes office and after the training period work independently from home.
The company are a highly successful organisation who primarily develop web based products that aspire to be market leaders, including CMS, Electronic forms, consultation and much much more.
The responsibilities of this role involve working on in house projects to design website templates which can be used within their current project set and help with user journey through websites and administration sites. Much of their work is within Local Government and thus familiarity within working in an environment with constraints is desired. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with clients at client sites to suggest ideas and produce designs that meet the client's requirements. Thus, there will be some travel to client sites involved in this position.
To succeed in this role you will need to have commercial experience in; Photoshop, XHTML, JQuery, HTML and W3C. It is desired that you will heave experience of flash and or .net too. You must be able to work independently and it would be desired that you will have had commercial experience of working on your own. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate to a non-technical audience.
