Senior Quantity Surveyor - £30 million New Build College
Our client is a prestigious main contractor within the construction industry who has a turnover of circa £300 million. Due to planned expansion & recent project wins they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join there team to work specifically on educational, health & housing projects.
Location.
North London
Remuneration:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits

Our client is a prestigious main contractor within the construction industry who has a turnover of circa £300 million. Due to planned expansion & recent project wins they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join there team to work specifically on educational, health & housing projects.
The project:
Once the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has been appointed they will be working on 2 major projects, 1 New Build college in London City worth £30million & a £20 million refurbishment of a hospital in the North London area.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful Quantity Surveyor to join a prosperous division with a personal order book of £200 million.
Requirements:
Ideally 12+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Relevant project experience is a must
New Build & Refurbishment experience is necessary
Main Contractor background is essential
Loyalty shown to previous / current employers is advantageous
