Support Team Leader – Surrey – Windows, SLAs
An exciting opportunity has arisen with my Surrey based client. They are easily commutable from London Waterloo, London Victoria, Leatherhead and other surrounding areas. My client specialise in mobile networking tools. They are headquartered in Surrey but have over 20 global offices.
You will be overseeing technical support staff working in the UK support department. This will involve the day-to-day management of customer calls to ensure that support is being delivered as defined in SLA agreements. With more senior clients, you will be required to provide technical support either via email or on the telephone.
Ideal candidates will currently be in a support team leader or early management role and will have an appreciation of management tasks, such as setting appraisals, identifying new business opportunities and so on.
