Infrastructure Engineer required for my client, a telecomms company based in Berkshire. Infrastructure Engineer will support external customers as well as lead projects.
The infrastructure engineer will take ownership of all issues escalated by the helpdesk and take full ownership of this to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the infrastructure engineer will act as a technical lead on projects. There are several key projects running currently as well as further more to follow.
Infrastructure Engineer must have fully passed their MCSE certificate and have extensive experience of Microsoft Servers. Knowledge of networks is crucial too, although a working knowledge would be sufficient.
