Senior Construction Planner - Healthcare
Major UK contractor seeks a Senior Construction Planner for the Tynesdie/ Teeside regions, 8 + year's construction planning experience required. £40,000 to £45,000 per annum + car + benefits.
Our client is one of the top 5 construction contractors in the UK with an annual turnover in excess of £1bn. They are involved primarily in healthcare, education, commercial, leisure and retail, residential and executive office builds.
Due to a number of major project wins ( £50m) + they require a Senior Planner to head up their Planning function as a long term appointment.
These projects are predominantly within the Healthcare and Medical sectors and are new build schemes. There will be a mixture of office and site based work so an established planner with site experience or an engineering background is preffered.
Requirements to apply:
- Min 8 years experience within the construction sector (they will consider less muber of years experience if you can prove you have the ability to do the job)
- Able to hit the ground on running on £50m new build construction schemes with a proven track record of delivering on this value of project previously.
- Proficiency in Asta PowerProject is essential
- Ability to manage a planning team
- Strong understanding of full project life cycle with a site or engineering background being a distinct advantage
In return for the above the client offers a salary of circa £40,000 to £45,000 per annum + car + benefits.
