Relentless Software, an award winning videogame company based in central Brighton, are looking for a Web Developer to work on the design and functionality of new and existing websites.
Key responsibilities will be:
* Develop new web technology and improve web applications whilst maintaining an active role in driving IA and functionality forward.
* Provide support and aid development of internal databases, associated applications and automated processes used to manage and produce game content.
* Implement, update and maintain all our existing web applications and .NET Windows tools.
* Aid the Project Manager with scheduling, task prioritisation, test plans and load testing.
* Communicate changes to all parties and keep a record of those changes.
* Maintain an up to date bug list.
* Adhere to local standards and best practice.
Ideal candidates will have:
* A minimum of 2 years professional web development
* A minimum of 2 years programming experience
* C# with ASP.NET, CSS, (X)HTML, JavaScript, SQL
* An understanding of good application design with an emphasis on interface usability and presentation
An advantage would be:
* IIS, UI and IA design skills
You will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse data. You should have experience of using an established project management methodology and also have managed budgets.
