IT Helpdesk Analyst required for leading North East company, initially in a 3 month contract with a view to a permanent position.
Working as part of a small team you will provide First Line IT Support to a large number of sites across the UK. You will look resolve calls where possible or reassign to the appropriate team. Record accurate data onto Helpdesk system and ensure correct procedures and policies are followed. Look for continuous improvement opportunities. Contribute to team objectives with enthusiasm. Provide remote support to end users by using VNC or Remote Desktop.
You should have experience working in a similar role where you will have developed strong problem solving skills and be an excellent communicator. The successful applicant will work a 5 day week however the Helpdesk is open 7 days a week and from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 4.30pm on a Sunday and so you should be able to work these days and hours.
