Quantity Surveyor
Our client who is a market leading contractor in the civil engineering and highways sector is looking for a Quantity Surveyor.
The role
The successful candidate will be working on one of our clients prestigious road schemes.
The scheme is to build a new dual carriageway trunk road in North Nottinghamshire.
As the Quantity Surveyor you will need to be able to measure and interpret specifications on site and from drawings unsupervised. You will also have to manage and settle sub contract accounts and resolve any final account issues.
You will report to the Commercial Director.
Requirements
-Candidates must have experience on major road schemes
-Must have experience with NEC and ECI forms of contract
-Project experience of £35m t/ o is essential
Remuneration
-Up to £45,000 per annum
-Company car/ allowance scheme
-Pension
-Healthcare
