My Portsmouth based telecoms client is looking for a Level 2 CCNA Network Engineer who can work 24/ 7 shifts providing Level 2 Network Operations Analyst Support. The primary task is network problem determination, resolution or routing as appropriate. previous helpdesk/ call centre experience is key in addition to strong knowledge of IT and Network Infrastructure. Understanding of TCP/ IP, HTML and Cisco equipment is key as configurations and an asset knowledge of problem and change management tools. The candidate must have knowledge of operating systems including Microsoft/ Unix/ Linux
