An exciting opportunity for a French and German speaking Technical Support analyst has arisen with my Wokingham based client. PLEASE NOTE: my client is only accepting applications from fluent French and German speakers. If you do not speak these languages, you need not apply, thank you.
You will be joining a small team who provide Linux systems support to the EMEA region. This support will be provided over the telephone, by e-mail and occasionally face-to-face so excellent customer facing skills is essential. As well as providing 1st-3rd line support, you will also be responsible for creating technical documents which will provide additional support to internal staff and external customers.
To be considered for this role, you will:
•Be fluent in English, French and German
•Have very strong experience with Linux and Windows 2003
•A good understanding of networking technologies – SAN, Tape Drivers, Tape Loaders etc.
•Any qualifications will be beneficial – such as RHCE, MCSE and so on.
