One of our Leading Clients has a fantastic opportunity working as a Analyst based in Hitchin Hertfordshire.
To provide business analysis service, calling upon extensive knowledge, in order to effectively identify and accurately define business requirements, convey these requirements clearly and concisely, advising as required to support the delivery of quality management information tools
·Apply business analysis and data analysis to deliver right first time solutions that achieve the Service Assurance objectives
·Provide a reliable and up-to-date source of in-depth knowledge and advice on the specific business and information systems
·Apply testing skills to achieve data, functional and project deliverables
·Conform to and ensure application of agreed methodology and working practices, which deliver cost effective, controlled business solutions
·Ensure delivery of a high quality interface with customers through coaching and participation in Service Assurance support services
·Play a positive and constructive role in the development, maintenance and operation of management information and forecast data throughout customer services
·Oversee and test models that accurately and efficiently store and report relevant corporate management information
·Deputise for senior analyst where required by undertaking appropriate activities
·2 years experience in an analysis environment
·Good inter-personal, consultancy, negotiating, presentation and organisational skills.
·Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of Business/ Data Analysis techniques and concepts such as:
·Data interrogation
·Research/ feasibility evaluations
·Specification documentation
·Identification of workflows
