Quantity Surveyor – Leeds/ Bradford
A Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to work alongside an existing team for a specialist sub contractor just outside Leeds.
Our client is a national specialist flooring sub contractor who have been established UK wide for over 30 years. They have a regional office based in the North East and as a company they have a turnover over £30m.
Remuneration:
Up to £30,000 per Annum
Industry leading Car Scheme or Car Allowance
Pension Scheme
BUPA Health Care
Future Development:
The office in Leeds has recently opened and the opportunity exists to play a part in the development of our clients current Northern division. They also have an office in Cheshire
Requirements:
A formal qualification (BSc or HNC/ HND) would be a distinct advantage.
A successful candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor ideally with a contractor or Sub-Contractor background.
Flooring experience would clearly be ideal but is not expected with our client happy to consider any strong commercial experience.
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor is required
