Key Accountabilities
• Ensures successful delivery of operational IS services
• Ensures ongoing reviews of support for critical business applications/ areas
• Ensures successful delivery of change portfolio
• Ensures effective performance metrics reported regularly to customers
• Acts of point of escalation for all relevant operational and project issues
• Monitors key stakeholder satisfaction
• Works with the business and the business applications architect to ensure development of the applications strategy
To be suitable for this position you have extensive Service Delivery Experience ideally gained within a utilities environment. You will be used to managing multi million bound budgets and managing a team of 7 direct reports with a matrix of 70. This role is based in Berkshire and offers a basic salary up to £70K with an excellent package.
