Quantity Surveyor
A Quantity Surveyor is required by our client a specialist consultancy who provide project and cost management solutions, to be based in Milton Keynes.
Role
The successful candidate will be based from our clients office in Milton Keynes and will be working closely with the Directors to help provide cost management in the building sector.
Our client work mainly in the education sector and have specific work on primary and secondary BSF contracts.
Requirements
-A degree or relevant qualification is essential for this role
-Candidates must have education sector experience
-Our client is happy to receive applicants from both a consultancy or contractor background
Remuneration
-Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
-Bonus scheme
-Mileage cover
