Quantity Surveyor -Construction
A successful sub contractor required a Quantity Surveyor is for a number of construction project in the Essex area
The successful candidate can command a salary in the region of:
£40,000 per annum depending on experience
Car/ car allowance
Health Plan
Pension
Location
Essex
Projects
A number of niche brick work package/ construction projects valued between £100,000 and £2 million
Company
A successful sub contractor working on niche construction projects in the Essex with some of the UK biggest main contractors. They currently work on all mainstream contraction sectors.
Strict requirement include:
Minimum 5+ years Quantity Surveying duties experience
Sub-contractor background is essential
A HNC / HND is advantageous
Construction background
Must have recent experience with brickwork packages.
