My financial client based in Bolton is looking to bring in house their SEO & PPC functions and are seeking a highly talented, committed and knowledgeable specialist to plan and implement all forthcoming campaigns.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the company websites have a high visibility on Internet search engines, such as Google and Yahoo. High visibility on a search engine is crucial to generating traffic for the website and its commercial streams.
Key attributes of the SEO Specialist
A good understanding of IT and online technology
An understanding of marketing strategies
Good research and analysis skills
An eye for detail
Confidence in HTML hand-coding
Responsibilities of the SEO Specialist
Identify relevant keywords and phrases
Liaise with Web Editors and Web Developers about ways to raise the visibility of web pages
Ensure the site is compatible with search engines
Research the online sector
Monitor audience usage
PPC knowledge required
Primarily daily bid management and optimisation of paid search (PPC) campaigns
