Remuneration:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits
This is a perfect opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a forward thinking team working on an exciting and dynamic project portfolio for the leading specialist sub-contractor in the South-of-England.
The role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working largely from our client's office on a large and varied project portfolio. At present their portfolio contains projects varying in value from £500,000 to £7.5million involving dry-lining, partitioning, steel frames, external facades, and rendering works.
The clients that you will be working with are some of the UK's leading blue-chip main contractors servicing the construction sector. Due to planned expansion, our client is looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor to work on their current projects.

The client has an excellent reputation in the market with a full order book for the whole of this year and next. Our client was established in 1986 and they offer the complete range of dry-lining solutions for the construction industry. They are a specialist sub-contractor who undertakes dry lining, partitioning, steel frames, external facades and rendering works for blue chip contractors.
Requirements:
-BSc in Quantity Surveying or rekated studies
-Contractor or Sub-Contractor background
-Construction experience
-Dry-lining / partitioning experience is essential
