My client has a requirement for a Desktop analyst/ Helpdesk analyst/ 1st line support analyst.
The successful candidate must have experience providing Desktop/ Helpdesk/ 1st line support, supporting a wide range of technologies to include Windows and Microsoft applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Active Directory etc).
You will also ideally have experience supporting across a range of platforms ranging from desktops to laptops to peripherals to include printers and scanners.
The ideal candidate will also have a MCP or MCDST certification and have a minimum of 2 years experience in Desktop/ Helpdesk/ 1st line support.
