Web Developer - XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Ecommerce, E-commerce, Software Engineer, Analyst programmer, Programmer - North West
Web Developer required to work for leading E-commerce organisation in the North West. Ideally you will have extensive experience with CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery web development focusing primarily on front end development. E-commerce experience would be advantageous with regards to your previous experience as this is typical of the environment you will be working in. You will have experience working with Agile methodologies and in particular working with hand coding. You will be responsible for all strategic developments and projects.
You will have expert level hand coding skills in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (especially jQuery) and other specialist software/ bespoke systems to deliver all projects, prototypes and site updates. You will be responsible for developing code which adheres to current SEO, usability and accessibility industry best practices.
In addition to this you will create fully interactive front-end prototpyes for a variety of e-commerce projects, implement front end website assysts and enhancements utilising your full skill set of XHTML 1.0 (Semantic & Valid Markup), CSS2 and Javascript.
The role is commutable from Liverpool, Speke, Runcorn, Widnes, St Helens and Warrington and other areas commutable from Merseyside.
