SUPPORT ANALYST
Desktop, First Line, Second Line and some Third Line
Our prestigious FTSE 100 Client based in Central London is seeking an experienced Support Analyst to provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd level support to clients and business users. This job comes with 30-40% travel to the Greater London area.
The Support Analyst role involves the identification, prioritisation, and resolution of end user requests
Essential Experience/ Skills for the Support Analyst role
•Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end user Desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
•Adhere to escalation procedures in line with current practices.
•Experience in a customer-facing, end user support environment.
•A very strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office and Operating Systems.
•Experience of troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, bridges, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards, and so on.
•Keen attention to detail.
•Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Strong customer service orientation.
•Drivers License is desired
Desired Experience/ Skills of the Support Analyst role
•Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills.
•Demonstrated Project management skills
•An awareness of financial implications of IT costs
•Professional Networking certifications
•Drivers License is desired
