Large financial client require an Ecommerce Marketing Product Consultant to undertake a 6 month contract in Chester.
This position reports to the E-Commerce Production Manager. The successful candidate will work in a fast paced deadline driven team environment, where accuracy and control is paramount and will be responsible for source code production and EMEA website management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage and control source code production for UK account acquisition for the Ecommerce channel.
•Support all CITs and pricing updates.
•Work with production manager to manage and control all EMEA website changes ensuring amends are documented, controlled and completed within SLA.
•Complete weekly homepage updates using the Bluestreak ad serving tool.
•Manage bi-weekly Go-Live process.
•Work closely with the web designers to manage workflow and priorities.
•Work closely with the testing manager to schedule in testing resource for all production jobs.
•Attend weekly update meetings for pricing and changes in terms.
•Communicate status reports to show work in progress to all stakeholders, track all work that is briefed into the Production area, ensuring quality and control of requests.
•Regular self audits and archiving of job bags.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
•Proven ability of superior attention to detail and organisational skills.
•Outstanding communication skills.
•Excellent Microsoft Excel & Access skills
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability and willingness to work effectively in a team environment.
•Demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude.
•Experience of working in a creative studio.
Preferred:
•Experience in a fast paced detail driven production/ operational environment.
•E-Commerce experience or a basic understanding of the internet and website production/ html.
•Copywriting experience.
