Network/ Data Centre Consultant - London

Network Specialist, CCDE/ CCIE/ JNCIS/ JNCIE, Data centres, London, Paying up to 60,000 per annum + excellent benefits - My high-profile Retail client seeks a Network specialist to run the merging of two data centres into a new location. Principle accountabilities: Identify all network requirements for the new data centre to support gaining approval to proceed with procurement encompassing WAN & LAN Develop network and circuit designs to meet business needs Establish accurate and accessible recording for all network equipment configuration and naming Investigate network traffic component of application performance to promote Fix B4 fail operations i.e. capacity measurement with proactive planning for enhancement Manage new installation working using third party suppliers / providers Assure best commercial value for data network services, preparing budget and tracking expenditure Essential requirements: Extensive experience as a Network specialist who has gained commercial experience within data centre environments ideally involved in moves Certified in one or more of the following CCDE, CCIE, JNCIS or JNCIE Data centre (tier 3) network design and installation If you are interested in this excellent career-opportunity please send an updated CV to diego_crawford@spring.com
